How Your Protection Is Delivered
OrderShield Protection is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Every protection package is activated upon purchase and delivered immediately by email to the address entered at checkout. The confirmation email includes your Protection ID, the order amount, the protection fee, and the date coverage was issued.
If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, or look up your protection online. Your coverage is active from the moment of purchase whether or not the email has been opened.
Delivery Timing
Delivery is immediate. The confirmation email is sent automatically the moment your payment is approved; there is no processing or shipping time.
